All versions

You are not permitted to reverse, engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code to Pixel Translator.

Demo version

This is not a free software. You may use this software for 30 days, with no charge or penalties. If you use Pixel Translator Demo version after the 30 day period you are required to buy or stop using it. Use of Pixel Translator Demo version after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

Distribution

As long as you are distributing the unmodified demo version and not the working version you may make as many copies as you wish. You must keep all the files intact. You may not make changes to any of the text files, or modify the .EXE or .HTML files. You may not charge or request any form of payment from any copies you may make of this program. You may not distribute this product with other products without written permission from Aurora Borealis.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

Because of the various hardware and software environments into which Pixel Translator may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. The USER of Pixel Translator must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT.
